Let’s look at some things that you should consider for your budget for this year.
- Painting the clubhouse interior in the meeting rooms, library room, bar area, and exercise rooms. This is the hub of any retirement community, so update it
- Painting the clubhouse exterior so that it looks current and kept up
- Remodeling rooms inside the clubhouse such as the coffee area with new granite countertops, men’s and ladies bathrooms or new tile in the entry of the clubhouse
- Wallpaper is out – so let me have my team come in and remove the old, outdated wallpaper and have the walls painted a fresh, warm color
